In Balamb Garden there is an elite card playing group know as the CC group. This group will only challenge those they find worthy enough. If you believe you have what it takes in Triple Triad skill, you may want to challenge the members of the group. When you do so you'll have the chance to win a few rare cards. In order to be able to challenge the group you must be at disc 3 of the game. You will also of had to 'build of your reputation' as a card player. This means winning many games within the garden. If you've been playing card games in balamb garden, then you should be ready to challenge the group members. You'll need to play against them in order from lowest to highest ranking. Below is the list of the members, where they are, and what cards you could possibly win from them!
1 - Jack
You should be able to challenge Jack near the directory in the front hallway of Balamb Garden. He has no rare cards, however, you have to play him in order to advance through the sidequest.
2 - Club
You should be able to find club in the hallway of Balamb Garden somewhere outside the entrance to the Cafeteria area. This member also doesn't have any rare cards on hand.
3 - Diamond
Diamond consists of a pair of female students. You can find them around where you found Jack in the front of Garden. They also carry no rare cards.
4 - Spade
Spade should be easily found. On the second floor outside the elevator. Spade also doesn't carry any rare cards.
5 - Heart
This member is actually Xu. You can find her in her normal spot on the bridge of the garden. When challenging her, you can obtain the Carbuncle card!
6 - Joker
Joker is unique as you can challenge him at any time after defeating Jack. However, he is kinda hard to find. You should be able to find him somewhere within the Training Center. It might take awhile to located him, though. When playing Triple Triad against him, you can win the Leviathan Card. As an added bonus he will upgrades the battle meter to include the Guardian Force information if you do beat him.
7 - King
The last member of the CC Group - King. You'll need to talk with Nida on the bridge then visit Dr. Kadowaki. You'll have to challenge the doctor to a game of cards. She will then tell you something about the king. Go to Squall's room and go to sleep. When you wake up you'll find king in your room and they will challenge you. You'll be able to wind the Gilgamesh card from them!
