Final Fantasy VIII Contains various magazines that can do anything from teach special limit breaks to giving hints about secrets locked within the game. Below is a list of where you can get all those magazines. Many of the magazines will also be avaliable at Esthar near the end of the game, but not all of them!
Weapons Monthly
Weapons Monthly magazines which are scattered throughout the world allow one to upgrade their weapons further to maximize damage. You'll need to have all the required items, however, to upgrade a character's weapon. Upgrade shops are located throughout the world.
